Welcome to Timeshare Renters. Our Exit By Transfer service is perfect for the timeshare owner who is looking to simply give away their timeshare. If you are looking to sell your timeshare and make any kind of profit off of selling your timeshare, this would NOT  be the service for you.

Timeshare Renters has members who are timeshare owners, and rent out their timeshare for passive income. Many of these owners are looking for additional properties in order to flip an make money. We will pair you with a new qualified owner for your timeshare, and in many cases the new owner will be a current member of TimeshareRenters.com.

The way that our Exit By Transfer service works is that we pair you with a someone who wants to take over your timeshare. We facilitate the transaction, and speak on your behalf when discussing with the new owner. Your service is active with us until you accept a new owner, and the timeshare is transferred over, and no longer in your name. 

Your timeshare would need to be paid off, and not have an existing mortgage on it in order for us to facilitate a transfer. In other words, if you do currently have a balance on your timeshare, you can still join for our Exit By Transfer service, but when you are ready to accept for a new owner to take over your timeshare, you would then need to pay off your timeshare first before we process the transaction. 

After signing up below, you will be contacted by your Travel Guide who will obtain the additional information needed to complete your portfolio with us. It is very important that when signing up, you provide the accurate contact information so that your Travel Guide can contact you. The Standard Package: The Standard Package allows you to receive offers from people who are looking to take over your timeshare. No rental offers. Click below to sign up.

Note: For The Standard Package, this is a “per deed” service. When signing up, under “Quantity” (QTY), make sure to place the amount of deeds that you would like to transfer out of. 

The Preferred Package:  The preferred Package allows you to receive offers from people who are looking to take over your timeshare. In addition we send you rental offers for your current time, Getaway weeks, or points that you’ve already accrued. This is perfect for the timeshare owner who is not in a rush to exit out, but would like to receive both types of offers (from potential new owners or renters). Click below to  sign up.

If you have additional deeds that you would like to transfer out of, inform your travel guide so that he can make sure to bill you for the remainder deeds correctly, as additional deeds in The Preferred Package activate at a different rate.
